The burger has clearly been sitting in the hotplate for about 6 hours, it's actually solid, I also don't appreciate being called a liar because the burger was cooked 'fresh' Infront of Gemma clearly lies, also the judgement of what time I feed my child, states on the complaint call "dinner at this time?!" Appalling customer service to say the very least! I am simply requesting a refund for food that's completely inedible and I have many pictures to back this up!
